Delivery within the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin is included. For locations outside of that area, we can accommodate you with a delivery fee. Positioning the sauna into place is provided at no charge when site access allows. For more complex areas that require additional planning and resources, there may be an added cost.
Before delivery, it’s important to prepare the site where your sauna will be placed. We offer site prep guidance to ensure everything is ready and set up for a smooth installation.

Our production schedule operates on a "first come, first served" basis. Please contact us directly for the most up-to-date information regarding our current lead time, which is typically 4-6 weeks.

All heaters must be wired to a dedicated 240V power supply. You’re more than welcome to utilize our network of electricians who are familiar with our setups. Otherwise we’re happy to coordinate directly with your preferred electrician and will discuss details and expectations with them ahead of delivery to guarantee an effortless install.

We believe a sauna should be a long-term investment and all of our saunas are designed to last decades with proper care. Valhalla Saunas provides a full 2-year warranty on our products.
Heating units come with warranties provided by the manufacturer, typically lasting around 3-5 years depending on the brand.
